All exhibitors are required to read and agree to the Competition Rules & Regulations.

- Indoor Exhibits - 4pm Friday 9th October 2026
- Except where otherwise stated, please check sections.
- Cut Flowers & Roses - 4pm Monday 12th October 2026
- Cattle, Sheep & Wool - 4pm Monday 12th October 2026
- Poultry - 4pm Friday 9th October 2026
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
BENCHING:
All indoor exhibits MUST BE BENCHED BY 11.30am Thursday 15th October 2026.

Indoor exhibits will be received between the hours of 3.30pm and 6.00pm Wednesday 14 October 2026 and between 7.30am to 11.30am Thursday 15 October 2026.
